Step 1: Submit an Application
 
A $20, non-refundable application fee applies, and can be submitted at the bottom of this page.
 
Adoption applications will be processed during regular business hours, Monday thru Friday.
 

Step 2: Phone Interview
 
Once we have received responses from your references, you will be notified by email if we will be moving forward with a phone interview with our Director to discuss the horse you are interested in. It is recommended that you let your references know that we will be reaching out to them to avoid any delays in processing your application. 
 

Step 3: Schedule Your Visit
 
Once you have completed your phone interview, and your application has been approved, we can schedule a time for you to come meet the horse you are interested in. If you are an adopter working with a trainer, it is highly encouraged to have your trainer accompany you on your visit. 
 

Step 4: Sign Your Contract and Submit Adoption Fee
 
Contract? Yes. Every horse has a contract to be signed to help ensure the safety of the horse. 
 

Step 5: Send Updates
 
Adopters are required by contract to send updates (via email) for the first year. Photos are to be clear and include a date stamp at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months from the date of the adoption.
