What a cool name for such a cool horse. Yankee is a retired racehorse with a old knee injury that will prevent him from being ridden. Although his knee injury is visible by an obvious enlarged joint it doesn't slow him down any at all. He is pasture sound and runs like the wind with the rest of the herd.
Yankee has a calm quiet disposition and would be a great pasture mate for an older mature horse. He is kind and not agressive towards others, even at feeding times.
