Remember Me Rescue is setting up a special fund to allow us to contact owners and trainers of horses that have earned more then $500,000 and are running for a claiming price of $5000 or less and offer them retirement, rehabilitation, retraining and rehoming.
Donate to help us help our horses who have contributed so much to racing. Now it is our turn to contribute to them by funding their retirement.
Thanks to your donations we have retired our first horse.
Skippy Due is 11 years old. He had raced 95 times and won 20 races. He will be going to Beyond The Roses thoroughbred rescue to be rehabilitated and rehomed. Remember Me Rescue contributed $605 to Beyond The Roses to help pay for his $1000 price tag from his trainer.
