Sunset Rider is a 5 year old thoroughbred gelding that was retired from racing after a disappointing come back from throat surgery. Although the surgery went well Sunset never got over the fear of not being able to breathe and would not try very hard on race day. He is a beautiful, sweet boy who has no limitations. The only thing that will need to be done different is he will need to be fed his hay and grain on the ground to avoid any complications from his tie back surgery. He is suitable for jumping, dressage, trail, or anything else you would like to do with him.
