Walking The Beach is a beautiful 5 year bay old thoroughbred gelding who was recently retired from the track. He is the total package, beauty and brains. Beach is very kind and loves attention. He was trained by Bret Calhoun and Bret told me that he might have been the best 3 year old he had ever trained but was injured and required surgery. Beach's surgery went well. He was on his way back to the races and was working up to 5/8 of a mile. But Bret and his owner decided it best to retire him when his ankles didn't look as good as they would have liked them to. Thanks to people like Bret more horses than ever are being given a second chance at another career. Beach is going to make someone an awesome horse and should be sound for just about anything away from the racetrack.
Walking The Beach is available for adoption at Remember Me Rescue.
