VETERANS PROGRAM

We are excited to announce that we are beginning a Veterans Program at Remember Me.  Our program will consist of learning basic horsemanship, grooming and creating a lasting connection between a veteran and a retired racehorse.

If you're a veteran and you think you could benefit from equine therapy, please contact us and we will set up a time for you to come out.  Our program is very individualized and we have a few very special retired racehorses that would love to meet you.

Please email us at remembermerescue@live.com to learn more about our Veterans Program.

Clinical Psychologist

Remember Me Rescue Board Member

I'm currently practicing as a clinical psychologist and have been since 1987.  I frequently refer my patients to associate with horses due to their tremendous therapeutic effects.

I have had a lifetime love for horses and began breeding them in 1995. I started breeding for thoroughbred racing in 2006 and continue to do so currently. I feel strongly that as a breeder I bring these babies into the world and I assume my responsibility for their welfare for the extent of their lives.  Entities such as Remember Me Rescue provide the care and security that these noble and majestic animals deserve to live out their lives after racing.
