Venture Database is a ten year old thoroughbred mare who we purchased on August 21st for $400 at the Cleburne Horse Auction. We had to flip lips to find her because no tb's were checked in. Glad we did, this super sweet mare didn't deserve to be there.
After arriving and settled in at RMR we did a routine vet check and blood work. Venture Database was in foal. We had no idea how far along she is or to whom she is bred so we decided to keep her at RMR until she foaled. On April 25th she had a healthy little black colt who we named 'Mystery' since everything about him was a surprise. They are both now ready for adoption.
Venture has been ridden and is very gentle. She will be suitable for any type of riding and is sound.
