EARLY ENGAGEMENT
When you see this filly all you can say is 'Isn't she cute?', then you meet her and all you can say, 'Isn't she sweet?'
Early Engagement is going to need several months of stall rest while she heals from a bowed tendon. Injuries like this heal but need lots of time. After 4-6 months she will be turned out into a small paddock and monitored closely while she continues healing. Sometime late next summer/early fall we hope to begin training her for her new life as a riding or companion horse for her new family.
Although we will accept adoption applications for her she will need to stay here with us for at least 4 months to monitor her progress. Then she can only be adopted to someone with the resources to continue her care under the recommendations of a veterinarian.
Early Engagement needs sponsors to help us pay for her care while she is healing. If you are interested in being her sponsor you may make a one time donation through PayPal or sign up to be a monthly sponsor through our
