Go Go Mesa is a 4 year old thoroughbred gelding by Sky Mesa. He was injured just before his first race with sesamoid fracture on September 6, 2023. He has been rehabbing here at Remember Me with regular Magnawave and Thera-plate treatments. His rehab is going very well, and now it takes a good eye to even tell which sesamoid was injured.
On January 5th we had a follow up appointment at Lone Star Park Equine Hospital with Dr. Gilchrist. He said the fracture is healing, but needs more time, possibly 6-8 more months.
We are asking for help with Go Go Mesa's rehabilitation expenses. We want to do him right and continue his therapy to make sure he heals properly. His expenses, therapy included, will run about $750 a month. He needs a few monthly sponsors, so we are asking for your help. Any amount, as it all adds up, will be very much appreciated and we can continue to provide him the very best chance at a long, pain free life when his rehab is completed.
