SONG AND A G
Song and a G just arrived at RMR. He is a super cute 4 year old bay gelding recently retired from racing. He had 13 starts on the track with one win, 3 seconds and 1 third and earned over $25,000.
Song has flown through our ground work program and has completed our obstacle course training. He is smart, thinks through things, and is not afraid of trying new things. He is easy to handle and likes grooming time.
Song retired from the track sound but had a couple of throat surgeries. He has a partially obstructed airway that will not hinder him from competing in any other discipline that doesn't require extended periods of continuous speed, such as racing. He will make some noise at a fast canter.
Song was donated to RMR by his owner who loved him and wanted to make sure he had the best chance to find a safe forever home.
