Malabet was found estray in Guadalupe County, Texas two weeks ago. He went to jail! Huge thanks to Lisa and Jen, who alerted us to his plight and kudos to the Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office who released him to Remember Me Rescue August 28. Malabet will be spending a couple of weeks with Jen and Lisa before he makes his way to RMR to find his forever home!

Malabet will look much better in no time. He is very healthy other than being 300 pounds underweight and should have no trouble gaining it back now that he is being properly cared for.
Reported by the sheriff's department, Malabet has been seen being ridden up and down the roads. We will evaluate his abilities and soundness and he will be available for adoption around September 15th.
