Remember Me Rescue is a Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance Accredited 501(c)3 organization specializing in rehabilitating, retraining and rehoming retired racehorses.
Strong Sequel is a three year old unraced bay gelding by Strong Mandate. He was injured in a workout at the Fair Grounds in February before his first race. His trainer donated him to RMR so he could be properly rehabilitated to find his forever home. He will be on stall rest through June and then be turned out in a small paddock to complete his rehab before being re-evaluated. We have had a lot of success with injuries like his and we are hoping for a bright future for him.
